All Welded Plate and Frame Heat Exchanger
The All welded plate and frame heat exchanger is a new-concept. It looks similar to a plate heat exchanger and combines advantages of the plate heat exchanger (efficient heat transfer and compact construction) and the shell and tube heat exchanger (suitable for high temperature and pressure). With internal countercurrent, it can achieve the terminal temperature difference which cannot met by any other full welded heat exchanger. The frame can easily be opened for cleaning. The liquid shear stress apparent in the passage is higher than other welded plate heat exchanger technologies. The special flow design enables it can be used as an efficient condenser.

One Side Dismountable Type Welded Plate and Frame Heat Exchanger, Half openable for Frame, one side could apply for the fluids which need regular clean and maintenance.
Two Sides Dismountable Type Welded Plate and Frame Heat Exchanger, full openable for both sides, like Compabloc Type heat exchanger.
Heat Transfer Plate Model
Heat transfer plate is pressed by imported metal plate with thickness from 0.8mm to 1mm. Corrugated shape is similar to the gasket and frame plate heat exchanger. But there is no hole and non-heating transfer area on plate, so almost all of plate can be used for heat transfer to improve the efficiency of plate. Meanwhile, the different layout of nozzle substantially eliminates water distribution between plate and “dead zone” phenomenon.
